Buon Ferragosto!

Hello Globe,
 
I know, this festivity is not known to everybody, but it’s an Italian festivity, and I am in Italy, so happy Ferragosto! It goes back to the Romans and Ottaviano Augusto. It’ s for the same reason as Americans have Thanksgiving. Nowadays, it has more the meaning of feriae Augusti, off in August, which it means little trips to the surroundings! It has also a religious meaning, but I skip it today, it is not so interesting… even if we have the Vatican here…
 
Fireworks to Ferragosto
How are You all doing? The summer is incredibly hot this year, but thanks God air conditioning does exist. To me the low budget is really killing me. Anyway, I am happy in some way, too, and I am still missing some important stuff in my life.
But, somehow let’s try to get them back to me, too.

World Cup … and back home!

Hello Globe,
 
What to say… what a pitty, … what a bad luck, … what bad referees? Offsides are more important than goals, they see just these… or even not. They judge, and they decide the results … but they shouldn’t! Nevertheless, that’s life, sometimes… , I guess. Goal is the Goal… whatever it might be.
 
Okay, other distruction, what about summer, sun, and tan? Wonderful sunny days, and I am in front of my pc… (by the way, I cannot post @ the moment @ muBLOGsic, tech-trouble!)
 
Okay, other distruction, what about singing times? Yes, I have started to sing. He told me, that my tone of the voice is quite a special one. I believed him. My fiancè. Yes, the one who did an error. He is now a bit famous also because of it, even if it is something between us – and just between us, and not only because of his gorgeous music.
Next performance after the one on 16th May, Theatre Opera @ Casino of Sanremo is already scheduled.

World Soccer Cup

.. what a mess… the budget is really killing me again… but, there is the World Soccer Cup now, and it is a wonderful distraction for all…
 
Teatro Ariston di Sanremo
Here everybody is ready to win… and I am training the song of the Queen “We are the Champions!” with my personal touch, which is “… we are the champions, and You are not!”

It’s me, I did not change. It’s still me. Really, but it can happen, that You receive a nickname from time to time. It can happen. And it happened. Giulia (*). And, everything is a boomerang (to reciprocate, to requite)… somebody else received a nickname, too. Josh. Oh yeah.. :-D
 
Watch this on Italian!
 
But, the important aspect is, that there are many events coming up these days. Who wants it, who needs it.. there it is:
 
16th May @ Teatro dell’Opera del Casino of Sanremo @ 3:30 pm, my first melodious song event!
 
20th May @ Biblioteca Civica in Sanremo (hour still unknown) Presentation of my book titled My Life.. Or Something Similar!

I am very proud and happy about it, … also a bit nervious, but everything will be okay!
 
Everybody is gently invited (despite the people @ Blacklist!)

Easter 2010

Well, today is Easter Day, what to say… just moments before we have had x-mas time, and now it is already Easter.. did You see some bunnies jumping?
 
When I was a kid, I saw once a giga bunny, but my uncle said it couldn’t be, but it was one! My dream about bunnies @ Easter Time was distroyed within few secs.
 
How is the weather like in Your countries and cities and places.. ?
Here we have a mild and warm weather with some clouds in the sky and some sunny moments.. and tropical rain by the end of the day..

Oscar Tv .. The Italian one..

Oh yeah, Italians have also an Oscar’s Night. Yes, they have. It was also the 50th anniversary here in Sanremo. It is named Premio Regia 2010, also called Oscar TV. Yes, it is. What a fermenting night! A glamourous night! An Oscar’s Night.

Some famous people took a taxi afterwards, some of them the own chauffeur and car, .. somebody walked back to his hotel. One took the right, and the other took the left. Was Special Guest Ron Moss angry in a way? Bold and Beautiful – only soup I’ve ever followed @ tv – could say it all.. and the Italian Special Guest Gianni Morandi was likely to be angry, too. Who knows.. but one is for sure: Both wonderful men!

Oscar’s Night

Is everybody ready for the night of the nights?
This night is THE night.. It’s the night that everybody was waiting for an entire life or so.. what a night.. I am nearly even nervious, and I do not know why. I am actress, but I am so far away from all.. I am a bit disappointed for this..

Festival di Sanremo, Italy

Hello Globe,
 
.. yes, it’s done! The Festival di Sanremo ended, and the best song has been called as the marvellous one of the year 2010.. I loved another one more .. on the opposite that one of the New Generation I really scored, .. but and because of it, it was amazing!
 
Many things happened – surprises – and things that never happened before. That’s Italy, that’s Sanremo, that is the event of the year in this country.
 
On stage Nilla Pizzi, the first singer of the first year of the festival!

I hope everybody could enjoy it, my tv worked finally well.. and not only. Many pics has been taken, many videos has been recorded, many content has been written @ muBLOGsic regarding this sensational and unique event and entertainment.
 
I loved it! It should never end.. even if it is in oder to be with my nearly hubby…. like never before!

Today it’s a sunny flowery Sunday. Yeah, it is. It’s because I’ m in Sanremo @ Riviera dei Fiori (= flowers), and because of the Corso Fiorito.. the second event of the year.
 
Heart of Flowers @ here in Sanremo!The first one is the Festival of Sanremo, which is a celebration of the Italian song in Italy – this year’s dedication of the Corso Fiorito is to the 60th Anniversary of it. The best song will might win, and I know which one, oh yeah. But, You never know..
